Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $76,000 - $88,000
- Health Insurance – Employer covers 75%
- Dental and Vision Insurance
- Paid Time Off – 19 days in year one

- Mileage Reimbursement - $0.50 per mile
- Cellphone Allowance - $45 per month

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- Hospice care
- Home visits
- Managing a case load of 10-14 patients per week
- Servicing the Decatur/Dekalb-Atlanta/Stone Mountain area
Requirements
- Clear and active RN license in the state of Georgia
- Hospice, Home Health, ICU, CCU, Oncology, End-of-Life Care or OB experience preferred
